The SG Standard debuted in 1961. Designed to be one level above the Special and a step below the Custom. This 1998 model includes historic ABR-1 bridge posts threaded directly into the body. A welcomed touch from the more contemporary lineup.

This guitar underwent our All Inclusive "Brand New" Refurbishment Plan with chrome and gold, two-tone hardware. OEM parts pictured were manufactured by Advanced Plating®, HOSCO® and Switchcraft®.
