• Major industry brands have warehouses of inventory that Randy's LLC, as a distributor, has exclusive access to. With instances like this, inventory can be procured in as little as the same day.

• In cases that a guitar part or luthier tool requires manufacturing, please allow 4-8 weeks for completion. This time-frame is only an estimate and dependent upon factory conditions due to tooling, forging, stamping, casting, injection molding, electroplating, ceramic coating, powder coating, engraving etc.
