This is a drop-in OEM replacement for most modern-era Gibson® guitars, offering the same functionality, specifications and visual appearance as factory assemblies.

On top of looking amazing and giving you the ability to add vibrato to your playing, the lyre also helps counter neck dive by adding weight to the back of the guitar’s body, providing a more balanced feel while playing. This can be especially helpful with Gibson® & Epiphone® SG® guitars, which are well known for their tendency to be neck-heavy

*When used on vintage Gibson® or Epiphone® guitars as a replacement for a Maestro® Vibrola®, the mounting holes will not align and new holes will need to be added. That said, the original mounting holes will be completely hidden beneath the engraved lyre cover.
