Stop Bar Tailpiece Studs (Steel) - Fits Gibson®

Stop bar tailpiece studs secure the stop bar to the guitar body. A stop bar tailpiece is commonly used with Tune-O-Matic bridges. The part anchors the strings while providing a secure, stable point for string termination. A stop bar tailpiece can influence sustain, resonance, string feel and overall playing response. The adjustable mounting height allows players to fine-tune the string break angle over the bridge, helping achieve their preferred setup, playability and performance.

Steel stop bar tailpiece studs are traditionally used on vintage, historic models. Originally appearing on guitars in the 1950's.
