FT-710 Soldering Iron Tip Cleaner

Every guitar tech likes to save money. Extend the life of your very expensive soldering iron tips with this simple, but incredibly effect tool.

The Hakko® FT-710 Tip Cleaner is designed to quickly and effectively clean your soldering iron tip. The counter-rotating brushes remove tip oxides, debris, and excess solder without damaging the tip plating, and the soldering iron specific receptacle collar provides accurate positioning of the tip for optimal cleaning while mitigating FOD potential from the spatter of the solder that is cleaned from the tip. The tip cleaner is activated only when the tip is pressed into the holder. The tip cleaner can also be mounted to existing FH-200 Series Iron Holders in place of the sponge/tip cleaner tray.

The FT-710 is great for Lead-Free solder!
