Sealfast Tuners (Vintage Diecast Series) L3+R3 - Fits Gibson® Byrdland® CLOSEOUT

The Kluson® Sealfast® tuning machine was the flagship of the die-cast Kluson® lineup and has been out of production since the 1970s. Reintroducing this tuner using their original predecessors to create the tooling and footprint from to assure you a drop-in replacement for your original vintage instrument. This specific tuner model was used on numerous high-end instruments including the Gibson® Super 400®, Johnny Smith and Byrdland models. Enhanced gear ratio to 15:1 which gives a tighter feel while maintaining the original 5/16 inch post diameter for optimum performance. Designed from the originals, a visual replication that includes the hex nut on the button shaft and the Kluson® brand for a completely authentic appearance. This version with the plastic keystone button would have been used for 1950s date range production. At long last you can retrofit those vintage instruments you love to their original glory with these beautifully redesigned tuning machines.

Includes six Kluson Sealfast tuners w/ keystone "tulip" buttons for acoustic and electric guitar. Includes mounting hardware.

* The Kluson Sealfast tuning machines have tight tolerances between the size of the mounting screws outer diameter and the inner diameter of the mounting screw holes. It is recommended before installation that you run the mounting screw through the mounting hole and then back it out. This will enable the screw to more easily pass through the brass mounting hole eyelet for smooth installation.
